- סִרְסֵר(v. סִרְסוּר) to negotiate, be agent. Deut. R. s. 3 כשסִרְסַרְתָּ לישראלוכ׳ (not כשסדרת) when thou wast the agent for Israel (conveying the Law to them), I gave thee as a reward Tanḥ. Vayikra 6 היו מְסַרְסְרִין זה לזהוכ׳ they were the agents (pimped) for one another in sins; Yalk. Jer. 309.
